Tricia Marine Barrett, Vice President for Product Development in NCQA talked about NCQA’s mission, its development in health care quality since 1990 and the importance of certified health appraisals.

NCQA’s Health Information Products Certification evaluates the components, disclosure, scope, results, accessibility, frequency of completion and the review and update process of health appraisals. Currently there are only 16 organizations that have been awarded with this certification.

Creating a Healthy Workplace in Brazil
